Mi reporte de Actifict: agosto 8 2024 - SWC
Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien! El día de hoy hice mi reporte de Actifit, en este caso fue muy divertido hacer mis 5k pasos el día de hoy ya que camine mucho. Primero acompañe a mi amigo @kley-sw al centro de mi ciudad para comprar unos zapatos, luego fui al centro comercial con mi familia y mi novia a pasar un rato agradable, comimos helado y también comimos algunos pastelitos, luego de eso fui hasta mi casa y entrene con mi amigo @miguelitog1856 y en este caso hicimos un entrenamiento Front. La verdad que fue un día bastante largo pero productivo, me gustó pasar tiempo con mis tíos y familiares y pude completar mis 5k pasos el día de hoy sin realizar un trote, pronto publicaré otro reporte corriendo por las calles de mi ciudad 💪🏽👌🏽.

Greetings friends of the Actifit I hope you are feeling well! Today I did my Actifit report, in this case it was a lot of fun to do my 5k steps today because I walked a lot. First I accompanied my friend @kley-sw to the center of my city to buy some shoes, then I went to the mall with my family and my girlfriend to spend a nice time, we ate ice cream and also ate some cupcakes, after that I went home and trained with my friend @miguelitog1856 and in this case we did a Front workout. The truth is that it was a pretty long but productive day, I enjoyed spending time with my uncles and family and I was able to complete my 5k steps today without jogging, soon I will publish another report running through the streets of my city 💪🏽👌🏽.
