Mi reporte de Actifict: agosto 5 2024 - SWC

Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien! El día de hoy logré después de tanto tiempo, por fin pude realizar un trote con mi amigo @miguelitog8156 y la verdad que fue un buen trote ya que logré completar mis 5k pasos para mi reporte de Actifit. En este caso hicimos 2 vueltas por fuera del parque metropolitano que serían aproximadamente unos 20 a 25 minutos, fue un trote suave más que todo para adaptarnos nuevamente, ya que, teníamos un buen tiempo sin trotar, luego del trote entramos un rato al parque a visitar y tomamos unas cuantas fotografías y realizamos algunos estáticos. La verdad fue un buen día de cardio y próximamente seguiré compartiendo más de mi reportes 💪🏽🏃🏽.

Today I managed after so long, finally I could do a jog with my friend @miguelitog8156 and the truth is that it was a good jog because I managed to complete my 5k steps for my Actifit report. In this case we did 2 laps outside the metropolitan park which would be approximately 20 to 25 minutes, it was a gentle jog mostly to adapt again, since we had a good time without jogging, after the jog we went into the park to visit for a while and took a few pictures and did some static.
