Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! Decidí entrenar en casa un rato está vez pero fue algo bastante corto, ya que, solo hice algunos intentos de front Lever y plancha, antes de entrenar en casa complete mi 5k pasos en la mañana con un trote pero no pude tomar fotografías. Pronto volveré a compartir contenido sobre mis trotes o carreras 👌🏽.
