Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! Decidí realizar mis 5k pasos de hoy caminando todo el día, fui a la universidad, luego de eso me fui a casa y de casa fui al parque a entrenar, la verdad que fue un dia bastante largo y cansado pero bastante productivo, pronto sigo compartiendo parte de mi día a dia 🙏🏽.
