Saludos amigos de la comunidad Actifit espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! Les comparto lo que fue mi trote de hoy con mi amigo. Está mañana logré completar mis 5k pasos con mi amigo @miguelitog1856 y la verdad que fueron bastante fuertes ya que trotamos aproximadamente unos 45 minutos, hacia demasiado calor y bastante sol pero.no fue excusa para poder trotar, pronto les seguiré compartiendo mas sobre mis dias de cardio 💪🏽.
