Sean todos bienvenidos a mi nueva publicación, donde les comparto, enseño y comento acerca de mi reporte de actividad física en el día de hoy. Le envío un saludo especial a todos mis amigos de la gran comunidad de #Actifit y el ecosistema de #Hive. Espero que todos se encuentren muy bien y que, al igual que yo, hayan tenido una maravillosa actividad física. En esta ocasión, tuve un día lleno de bastante actividad, empezando la mañana con un poco de recorrido en bicicleta, un pequeño recorrido que me ha servido para activar todo mi cuerpo y estado físico, además de recibir de una enorme cantidad de la luz solar que es muy saludable para todos, la actividad física en hora de la mañana suele ser muy recomendable para aquellos atletas disciplinados que tienen bastantes exigencias deportivas. Mi recorrido en bicicleta ha sido de al menos 1 hora, siendo de poca intensidad y grandes beneficios y activación física. Luego, a horas de la tarde, estuve realizando mis respectivos entrenamientos de la disciplina deportiva de la Calistenia y el Streetworkout, cabe destacar que me encuentro en una etapa de preparación para una competencia que tengo muy pronto, entonces mis rutinas de ejercicios son muy enfocadas a movimientos de la Calistenia. Algunos de los movimientos en los que me estoy preparando son: Front Lever, Pull Ups, Presses, Victorian lever en barra, Victorian Lever en paralelas, Touch, Presses en Touch, Back Lever, Presses en Back Lever. Todos estos movimientos nombrados hacen parte de lo que es la disciplina deportiva de la Calistenia y el Streetworkout, además de que son movimientos principales, es los que estuve haciendo mis rutinas de entrenamiento, para así prepararme muy bien para mi próxima competencia de este deporte. Mi actividad deportiva de hoy ha sido muy saludable y recreativa, teniendo muy buenos beneficios a nivel mental y físico, también un buen enfoque de lo que es la actividad en mi cuerpo y mi estado de ánimo. Para concluir, les recomiendo a todos los deportistas mantener siempre una buena iniciativa en cada uno de sus días, mantener siempre una buena disciplina y disposición para tener evoluciones físicas muy progresivas.
Welcome everyone to my new post, where I share, teach and comment on my physical activity report for today. I send a special greeting to all my friends from the great #Actifit community and the #Hive ecosystem. I hope you are all doing very well and that, like me, you had a wonderful physical activity. On this occasion, I had a day full of activity, starting the morning with a little bike ride, a short ride that has helped me activate my entire body and physical state, in addition to receiving a huge amount of sunlight that is very healthy for everyone, physical activity in the morning is usually highly recommended for those disciplined athletes who have quite a few sporting demands. My bike ride has been at least 1 hour, being of low intensity and with great benefits and physical activation. Later, in the afternoon, I was doing my respective training sessions in the sports disciplines of Calisthenics and Streetworkout. It should be noted that I am in a preparation stage for a competition that I have very soon, so my exercise routines are very focused on Calisthenics movements. Some of the movements I am preparing for are: Front Lever, Pull Ups, Presses, Victorian lever on bar, Victorian Lever on parallel bars, Touch, Presses on Touch, Back Lever, Presses on Back Lever. All these movements named are part of what is the sports discipline of Calisthenics and Streetworkout, in addition to being main movements, they are the ones I have been doing my training routines, in order to prepare myself very well for my next competition in this sport. My sports activity today has been very healthy and recreational, having very good benefits on a mental and physical level, also a good focus on what the activity is on my body and my mood. To conclude, I recommend that all athletes always maintain a good initiative in each of their days, always maintain good discipline and disposition to have very progressive physical developments.
