Last double cross country of the season: February 2 2025

Cross country season has finished, at least in the Balearics cause the Spanish championships Master still coming up next week in Malaga!

This weekend I've ran my last double: first a 5km master's race and about 20' later an 8km elite race.

Both were good. The first one at 3'43"/km and the second one at 3'59"/km. I'm ready to enjoy next week's race. There's not much more than to enjoy, cause in the national level I know I won't be in the front of the race...
