My Actifit Report Card: February 9 2025

I wake up early in the morning before dawn. It's been like this every day since I exercised. Now I don't need an alarm clock anymore. When it's 5:00 AM, I wake up automatically. Before going for a jog, I feed the cat food and warm up. Today, I did a little housework, which was mopping the floor in front of the house because the cat must have played with something and made the floor dirty.
So I had to clean it up before going to exercise. It didn't take long.
It can be considered a warm-up.
Then, I started walking out of the garden house to the concrete road.
Today is Sunday. When I arrived at the concrete road, I saw a neighbor who was also exercising. I was surprised. So I greeted the neighbor and he told me that today is his day off. He will have time to exercise in the morning. He said that he saw my husband and I exercising every day. He also said that he woke up at 3:00 AM. When I heard that, I was amazed. He woke up early and he was more diligent than me. I told him that I had to follow his example.
After greeting each other for a while,
I asked to go exercise again.
I started running with determination and determination. Today, I was afraid of the waist and the bar.
With the running posture that swings the arms hard and the day I got the results, I felt very tired arms.
When I ran far, I did not forget to be afraid of the area that I wanted to be smaller.
On the concrete road, my exercise was quite convenient and comfortable to run because it was a smooth surface.
As for the area along the Trang River Canal, on the footpath, it was also a smooth surface.
And in that area, there was a cement floor. I could choose to exercise on the concrete sidewalk or exercise on the brick sidewalk. And there was a ground sidewalk. Which can choose to exercise in 3 ways along the Trang River Canal, which is still under construction and community development, not yet finished.
At the intersection between the concrete road and the Trang River footpath, there are small and large rocks lined up in that area and I had to step on them to walk to the riverside to exercise on the road and on the footpath. You have to be very careful in this area because walking on the footpath with rocks and uneven ground can cause your feet to twist. When I told my mother that I exercised until this point, I usually walked to protect my ankles. When I crossed over to the road and the footpath by the river, I would run to exercise as usual. In this area, there are many big trees, such as rubber trees and cotton trees. I exercise in the morning before dawn and only see the shadows of the trees. But if I exercised before noon, I would start to see the shadows from the trees in this area. When I reached my goal, I continued to the coffee shop in the village. Today is Sunday. I will have the opportunity to sit and drink coffee there. It is considered a place to relax and rest.
Today, I made the same breakfast menu as usual: Ginger congee and grilled sticky rice with a cup of coffee. While sitting in the coffee shop today, I met my neighbors who were exercising by riding a bicycle. They also came to drink coffee here. This morning, I felt very good to see everyone paying attention to exercising. I was happy with the little things I found along the way. After finishing breakfast, I ordered food to take home. Today, I ordered food for my daughter and grandson as usual. Along the way, I fed the dogs as usual.
When I arrived at my nephew's house today, he wasn't home, so I hung my breakfast on the door. Then I walked back to the garden house. On the way, our cat, Uni, was waiting for me. We went home together. When I arrived, I gave Uni some food first. Then I went into the kitchen.
Prepare food for Mom and check if Mom is awake. When Mom is awake, I feed her food and milk like I do every morning. After I'm done feeding Mom,
Go back to the kitchen again, do housework, cook rice and do laundry, wash dishes, then water the plants. I remembered that my husband connected the water to the roof of the house, so I unplugged it, turned off the switch, and moved the plants in front of the house because the water from the roof flowed down and hit the plants, causing the leaves to break. In fact, I took the pots out to various areas in front of the house and the floor in front of the house was wet with water and moisture, which made the house cool and comfortable. But the wet area would make walking quite difficult. So I took the leftover bricks and the leftover lightweight bricks to pave a walkway to walk to the door of the house. My feet would not be soaked with water. When I finished arranging the plants and paving the way with bricks to make it easier to walk, I took a bath for my mother.
After taking a bath, getting dressed, and doing physical therapy, I let my mother rest.
Activity: Walk around the house like exercising again. That is, walk to find ducks and duck eggs around the house. Behind the house, I saw 2 khaki ducks and 1 male duck. I saw 2 eggs and another one in the forest. So I hurried to collect the duck eggs. If you want ice, go find it next to my house. I got 2-3 more fresh eggs. In front of the house, near the chicken coop, I wait for my husband to go find them because he is feeding them. When I got the eggs, I boiled them to prepare a menu for lunch.
