My Actifit Report Card: December 24 2024

Hello, all my lovely friends. Today I woke up with a clear goal, which is to run and walk to 10,000 steps using the Actifit App. Today I finished my mission at home at 9:15 a.m. and then I started running. To the first route I chose was the same route I was familiar with, which was running from the park to the temple in the village. The round trip distance was about 2,800 meters. It took about 45 minutes and the number in the App has increased to more than 6,000.
But to reach the goal, I had to find another place, so I decided to continue running in front of a white house on the main road. There was a cement area around the house and the air was cool and shady, perfect for running. So I chose to make it my personal training ground to achieve the numbers I wanted.
The area around the house is a familiar and safe area where you can run comfortably without worrying about traffic or air obstacles. The area around the house has shady trees, making the air cool and comfortable, not hot and stuffy, very suitable for exercising. Today, you don't have to travel far, just run from the garden to the front of the house and set a goal to achieve it. I'm happy to say that I've overcome myself and gotten through another day.
After running, I feel light, refreshed and very happy that I was able to achieve my goal today. Regular exercise not only helps strengthen the body but also helps the mind to be cheerful. Today I exceeded my goal. The number in the running app is 13,957. For friends who want to start exercising, try to find an activity that you like and can do regularly, such as running, walking, cycling or exercising at home. I am bad at setting goals! Always forget them in one day! Good to be stubborn and do regular exercises.
I don't have a fixed time. I'll do it whenever I'm ready. Because I have to take care of my mother-in-law first.
