My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2025
Hello, my lovely friends.
It's time to exercise.
5:30 am is good for your health. I started exercising a few days ago and my weight seems to be the same, but my waistline has started to shrink a bit. My pants are quite loose now, but my chest feels a little smaller.
Not much, but the waist is clearly visible.
Today, I went for a run on the concrete road in the village as usual. You play on the sidewalk of the Trang River. The length of the sidewalk in that area is about 750 meters. If you include the concrete road, the length is about 1,500 meters. This morning, I exercised by running as usual.
Today I ran and controlled my running. Each step was tight and steady. Because if I ran tight and steady with each step, I felt that I sweated a lot and used quite a lot of leg muscles. As for my arms and shoulders, I tried to twist my body while running to tighten the muscles in my shoulders, waist, and arms by swinging back and forth and tensing the muscles while running. I clearly noticed that I felt tired while running and tensing my muscles for a long time. Today, the weather was quite cold. But it was only for a short while. The cold weather disappeared because I exercised. I no longer felt cold.
When I exercise by tensing the muscles as I said, and by running and controlling myself to exercise to reach the goal set today. For me today, I think I did well because I ran and forced myself to reach the goal. And today I ran to a coffee shop in the village and chose to sit and have breakfast there. This morning, there was still some time left because my daughter's school was closed on Saturday and Sunday. My husband and I actually ordered breakfast there. We didn't spend much time eating breakfast. And before checking the bill, I got up and bought breakfast for my daughter and my husband's aunt. After checking the bill, I continued exercising a little more by running and walking. On the way, I stopped to give my aunt breakfast.
Back to the garden house by running and walking as usual. When I returned, I was relaxed and did not have to rush. I did not have to tense my muscles. I was relaxed.
When I arrived at the garden house, I was very shocked. On my way, something suddenly jumped on me. I was very shocked by what came to me without warning. It was my cat.
Yun, before I went running this morning, I gave Yun a mackerel and cat food. When he was full, he went to sleep. He was here waiting for me in front of the door of the cow pen every day. But today, why did he change his location to wait for me in the garden? Yu must have planned to scare me, but it really worked. I was very shocked. When I arrived home, I hurried to my mother's room to see if she was awake. In the end, she was awake.
So I made breakfast for my mother and made milk for her. I fed her milk before her meal, so she would be finished. Then I prepared breakfast bought from the coffee shop for my daughter.
Then I did housework, cooked rice, did laundry and washed dishes. Everything could be done comfortably at the same time. When I finished working in the kitchen, I took my mother to take a shower. My mother did physical therapy, then fed her. When I was done, I let my mother rest. Then I watered the plants and fed the parrots.
As for me, today I felt tired and wanted something cold to quench my thirst. Today I had watermelon in the fridge. I thought I should make a smoothie to quench my thirst, so I prepared the ingredients.
Watermelon Smoothie
• 900 grams of watermelon flesh
• 300 grams of ice
This is an easy-to-make drink menu.
Because there are only 2 ingredients: watermelon and ice. It is healthy and does not contain sugar.
Just use a smoothie blender to make a cool and refreshing fruit juice to quench your thirst.
The steps are easy: cut the watermelon, remove the seeds, leaving only the flesh. Put it in a blender. Then add ice. Press the smoothie to finish. When it is done, put it in a glass. Decorate with mint leaves and watermelon flesh on the side of the glass to make it look beautiful. When finished, take a picture.
