My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2025

Hello, my lovely friends.

I walked nine feet out of the garden house to go jogging as usual at 5:45 am. Today is a bit late. Last night, it rained and was very windy. And it rained heavily and the wind was strong. The atmosphere after the rain this morning is very refreshing. The air is cool and comfortable with a gentle breeze. I hurried to walk and make time to reach the concrete road.

Today, the concrete road is soaked with rainwater that fell and the road is cleaner today because it was washed away by the rainwater that fell last night. The area where I exercised today, I felt peaceful, refreshed, cool and my health gradually improved from exercising. I enjoyed jogging this morning. The birds chirped along the path. Leaves swayed in the wind and fell on the road I walked. My exercise allowed me to experience nature through running. It allowed me to learn new things.
To live more easily with the things around me, every time I go for a run along the Trang River, running not only makes my body stronger, but also helps my mind to be calm and clear. In this era where everyone is in a hurry, spending time with nature, even for a short time, is a great way to recharge your life.

I think exercising often makes my body stronger and stronger, as I said.

Because in the beginning of my running workout, I often had to stop and walk to relieve my fatigue, but now I can run long distances without stopping. I set a goal of at least 10,000. I can run long distances. But with limited time because today my daughter has to go to school at 8:00 AM, but at 7:00 AM I have to go to Suan house every day, so I have to hurry up and walk. Today I think I can run faster than every day before, including my husband. He feels stronger but still tired. After the last round of running, in the area behind the temple in the village today, I asked my husband as usual whether we should go to the village shop or the breakfast shop. As I said in every post, the breakfast shop sells coffee, rice soup, and dim sum. I picked up my phone to check the time and it was 6:45 AM, so I still had time left. So I decided to go to the breakfast shop. I went to buy fried dough sticks and Thai desserts. Today I bought 3 bags. Each bag has different contents, some 4 pieces, some 5 pieces. The bag I brought to eat with coffee at home has 2-3 Thai desserts and 2 fried dough sticks. The Thai dessert is Foi Thong. Khanom Piak Poon and 2-3 other desserts, I can't remember the names. The Thai desserts look very delicious. I brought another bag to give to my aunt, but she doesn't eat oily or sweet things, so I bought 3 Thai desserts.

The last bag, I chose Thai desserts to put in the alms bowl. I chose 4 pieces. Today, I bought sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves, sticky rice with egg and sticky rice with shrimp inside, and 3 packs of Thai desserts. I thought that if I offered the desserts, the monks would eat them because the monks walking around the villagers’ houses would put a lot of rice and curry in them, so I put the desserts in them. This is my own idea. Done. Today, I bought 100 baht worth of desserts from a breakfast shop. When I arrived at my aunt’s house, my aunt’s house was before the temple. In the end, my aunt still hadn’t opened the door today. I felt bad and didn’t want to call or disturb her because I didn’t know what she was doing. So I decided to walk back on the road back home.
Then I prepared the desserts to offer to the monks. On the way, I met a monk, so I gave alms today.

I would like to share all the merits with all my friends to have more and more happiness and prosperity. May all your wishes come true. Amen.

The dogs in the temple area ran to ask for food from me today. I didn't bring food because I didn't go to the village shop. But I have Thai desserts and 2 fried dough sticks for them. I divided them into small pieces and threw them to them. When they finished eating, they ran to ask for more, but I told them that I didn't have any more desserts. And there was another bag of desserts from my aunt. My husband and I agreed because there was an aunt who was walking to exercise and happened to be walking this way. So my husband and I brought Thai desserts for my aunt. She looked so happy and cheerful.

So I hurried back to the garden house. On the way, I called my youngest daughter the whole time. I wanted to check if she was awake yet, but she didn't answer. Until I ran to the garden house, I concluded that I had to run upstairs to wake my daughter up. She still hadn't woken up. It must be because she did her homework and read books late last night. It's okay. I got up, took a shower, and got dressed to go to school. As for me, I went into the kitchen to prepare breakfast for my mother and my daughter's husband. Today, my husband brought a camera and set it up for me downstairs in front of the balcony, but today I didn't take pictures with the camera. I took pictures with my mobile phone because I was in a hurry.

Prepare food for everyone in the family, including your mother. Your mother's food must be detailed and very careful in cooking. Because your mother's cooking must be soft and very healthy. Go to the kitchen, turn on the coffee maker, then make coffee for your husband. Put the purchased Thai desserts and steamed buns on a plate beautifully with coffee. Today, my daughter told me last night that she wanted to eat Mama noodles for breakfast. I prepared a cup of Mama noodles for her to eat. Even though it was instant noodles, of course, eating Mama noodles or instant food often may not be good for your health. Before this, I warned her a bit. She stopped eating Mama noodles more often. When she finished taking a shower and getting dressed, she came down to eat breakfast with Mama noodles and Thai desserts and a glass of iced tea with her father. It was time to do housework. While doing housework, I didn't close the exercise app because I wanted to know the progress of the exercise graph. I noticed that if I ran for exercise, the graph would go up steadily, but if I did housework, the graph would not be the same as when I ran for exercise. It would be much slower. It should be because I walked less and stood in one place more. Then I took care of my mother's business. I took a shower, got dressed, fed her and let her rest.

I went to do housework until about 10:00 AM, and then I had some time to sit and review this morning's events. The weather is very nice now, unlike this morning when it looked like it was going to rain a lot. The Meteorological Department has warned about strong winds and waves in my area, but I think it won't flood because the area where I exercise, the Trang River, is being developed and renovated. This will make this place a tourist attraction in the future.


Today is another day that I make myself happy by exercising according to the goals that I set and I made it through another day. Today I have to say goodbye for now, my friends. See you again next time. Thank you for following and supporting me. Thank you.

I enjoyed reading about your exercise and fresh air, as well as all the interesting foods, and your time with your family.
