It's time to take care of your health.
Wake up at 6:00 am and prepare yourself to exercise as usual. I go out earlier than usual these days because school is closed. Exercising during this time, I get some sunlight which is good for my skin. Before leaving the house,
I bring food for the 2 hens and chicks. Then I bring mackerel to the cat named (uni)...
I sit and watch the cat eat all the mackerel and then I start walking out of the garden house.
As I walk around my garden to the concrete road, I see Yuni running after me. I'm a little shocked. A big mess happened for me. I brought Yumi back to the garden house. The reason is because I'm afraid she'll follow me to the concrete road because there are many stray dogs in that area. I'm quite worried and anxious. So I add more cat food to Uni's breakfast. It worked. She didn't respond. So I hurriedly walked and ran to the concrete road. Then I stopped by a white house to give the dog some food. But in the end, I forgot. At first, I intended to stop by to give the dog some food. But finally, I turned off the lights in front of the house and walked up the concrete road. Then I went for a jog. But when I got to the area where the dogs were, I remembered that I didn't bring any dog ​​food. But the dogs were happy to see me. My husband and I talked to my husband and we ran to the end of the road behind the temple and then circled back to the concrete road heading to the road along the Trang River Canal. When we reached our destination, we circled back up to the main road. Today, on the first run, we won't run on the sidewalk along the Trang River Canal. We will run on the concrete road in the village to pass the white houses. Importantly, we stopped to get some dog food because if we run to the point where there are dogs, they will wait for food from us like usual. Then I ran according to the plan and recommended food to the dogs at the points where the dogs were along the way. Today, talking about the weather, it was very good. The sunlight was soft and nice. Today, I applied boxing oil. I felt that my skin when running for exercise made my body hotter.
It made me sweat very well. It seemed to help burn fat in the body's system very well. Today, I really like this atmosphere. The warm sunlight and the sky with the sunlight shining down.
When I ran the second round, I went to adjust the area behind the temple. I ran around the road along the canal. So I stopped taking pictures and recording videos.
I ran the 3rd, 4th rounds and today I ran the 5th round because when I opened the numbers, the running numbers were not up to the target. So I continued running, running for a longer distance than usual. Today I sweated a lot. I consider running exercise to be an exercise that works for me because I feel smaller and my clothes are looser, especially.
I just came back from Koh Phangan. Many people who are my friends greeted me that I was smaller and thin. What did I do? They asked me a lot of questions. I felt that they were worried about me with those questions. But I thanked them and told them that I have been running and controlling my diet recently. And I exercise like this to take care of my health, both now and in the future.
When I finished running from the village path, I ran back to the garden house and stopped by the factory and my relatives' house to bring snacks to my pets. When I arrived at the garden house, my cat was waiting for me at the black mesh curtain, the gate in front of the garden.

When I arrived home, I prepared breakfast for my mother-in-law and husband. My mother-in-law's menu was milk for my mother-in-law. My husband's menu was coffee, fried eggs, and peanut butter bread. I made two dishes, one for my husband and one for me. It was ready to serve.
I finished eating breakfast.
Then I fed my mother-in-law.
And I took my mother to take a bath. I prepared her bed and dressed her.
Today, I gave my mother-in-law only milk, 3-5 meals, a little more often. I didn't eat rice porridge because since I came back from Koh Phangan, my mother-in-law had diarrhea. So I had to take care of my mother-in-law closely. But today, she's feeling much better.

Do housework

Then I did my usual housework, washing dishes, doing laundry. It's something I have to do every day.

Prepare food for pets

Prepare food for the Sulcata tortoise. I recommend soaking the Sulcata tortoise in water. Then I took the Sulcata tortoise to bathe. When I was done, I dried it off and let the Sulcata tortoise eat. I let them walk around.
Prepare food for the parrots Today, the parrot's food consists of 13 types of grains and organic from the beautiful garden and vegetables collected in the garden. Then, I cleaned the bird cage and let them eat and watched them fly. Today, the parrots, parents and children are seriously training their baby parrots to fly. I sat and watched the parents try their best. They tried very hard.
The parents are pushing the baby parrots to learn to fly. Now, they are going downstairs in front of my house to water the plants around the garden. Today, the weather looks like it will rain, but it doesn't. The weather is cool and comfortable, but I have to water the plants as usual, whether it rains or not.
