My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2025

Good morning 🙏🏃‍♀️❤️🥰

Today I woke up earlier than usual. After waking up, I will prepare for exercise this morning. I started to swell at home before dawn. Then it was time to go out for a jog on the concrete road in the village. My husband and I walked out of the garden house with music playing to help exercise while running. And open the app to run the numbers to be an indicator of the goals that I set every day and today is the same.
When we reached the concrete road, the sky started to brighten but the lights on the road were still not extinguished. I started exercising by running. Today, the atmosphere around me, the sky, trees and trees, I noticed the air mass. Today, there was quite a lot of fog, so I stopped taking pictures. While running, my husband and I talked about running fast today and then stopping to rest because the cold air made the body warm up slowly.

When we finished talking, my husband and I ran at a fast speed. When we were tired, we gave a hand signal to stop. The word stop means running comfortably. It was very effective because we sweated quite a lot. The destination was the same place behind the temple. Then we ran back on the concrete road to the 3-way intersection of the Trang River Canal Road. Today in the morning, people were listening to the city of Latda on the road quite a bit. As I ran, my neighbors greeted me along the way because at 6:15 AM, people started to leave their homes and do various activities. The atmosphere along the river, the water in the canal has decreased quite a bit today. You can see from the tree stumps and rocks along the river that are quite noticeable. In addition to observing my body while exercising, I also observe the nature around me, which is different every day.
I have been taking good care of myself since I found this App and have a great supporter who is a great encouragement for me to exercise. I have the motivation to exercise and lose weight with determination and discipline in exercising every morning.
While training myself, some days I feel tired from exercising, but when I stop, I feel no more tired and proud of myself that I have a body that I can feel stronger. My legs and arms are getting smaller and some parts of my body are getting more muscle and some parts are getting less. By exercising and not relying on any medicine at all. Now I am thinking of planning for the future, which is to travel to visit my mother and father, including my daughter on Koh Phangan. With the duties that I have to take responsibility for every day, preparing the trip, planning and preparing the things that I have to take, which are trees. I will take more trees to plant at my house on Koh Phangan. I think I will take flowers and drought-resistant ornamental plants to plant. In addition, this trip, there will be a relative traveling with me, which is my aunt's sister-in-law. She moved from Trang to Koh Phangan. So she asked me and her husband to take everything back there. I agreed. It's considered helping each other. Today, we have to prepare and pack things. Let's get back to exercising. I have complained and I have worries, so I just wrote it down like that. Today, I sweated quite a lot. It was my wish. When I ran to exercise until I reached my goal, it was time to go back to the garden.

When I arrived at the garden house today, I intended to rush into the kitchen to prepare breakfast for everyone in the family. I started by making 2 cups of coffee and fried some eggs for breakfast. I fried the smoked pork, toasted the bread and arranged it on a plate, then served it to my husband and daughter. Then I went back to the kitchen to make breakfast for my mother-in-law. Today, it was rice porridge. My mother's ingredients were vegetables, carrots, morning glory, and chicken, eggs, cooked rice, and water.
Then, I boiled everything until it was cooked. I used only pink salt as a seasoning. When everything was cooked, I seasoned it a little bit and then put it in a smoothie blender and blended it until smooth. Divide it into 3 parts. Then, let it cool down. I made 1 glass of milk for my mother-in-law and 1 glass of clean water.
While waiting to feed my mother-in-law today, I chose to take my mother to take a shower first. I prepared the bed and clothes for my mother-in-law. After taking a shower, my daughter and husband were the ones who bathed my mother-in-law. My husband and daughter were the ones who did physical therapy, while I was obsessed with Preparing the bed and cleaning the area where the mother-in-law sleeps
Then feed her. After feeding her, let her rest.

Prepare breakfast for the pet
Today, I have to prepare special food for the parrot because I have to leave early tomorrow before dawn. I have prepared water in several places in the cage and food in several places as well. Today, I gave it bananas, liquid food, and more grains than every other day. I think that in the evening, I will go check the food again in case I need to change the water and clean the cage more.

When traveling, I always worry. I am worried about the pets and my mother-in-law. I have to prepare many things to make it convenient for the neighbors who asked me to take care of my mother-in-law and the pets for about 2 days on this trip.
After cleaning the bird cage and feeding the birds, I went downstairs to prepare food for the chickens, ducks, and geese. Then I did some housework. I washed the dishes, cooked rice, and

did some gardening and watered the plants. When I was done, we did some housework together again. I did the laundry and finished everything. I planned to finish writing the article and arrange the plants in the car before leaving tomorrow.
