My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2025

Good morningβ€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ™

Starting with morning exercise every day, which is now a part of my life. At 5:00 am, I got up with my cat at home. He tried to invite me to come down to the kitchen. He came to take it out to cuddle with me while I was getting ready to go exercise.
In the end, I gave in and went down to the kitchen with him. He ran ahead of me and sat in front of the refrigerator waiting for me because there was mackerel in the refrigerator, which is his food.
The day I opened the refrigerator, I introduced mackerel to him. When he got the food he wanted, he ate the mackerel with relish. As for me, I went to get ready to go jogging like usual.
When I was ready to go exercise, it was 5:30 am. I went downstairs to warm up and waited for my husband, who was getting ready to go exercise together.
When everything was ready, my husband and I went jogging on the concrete road in the village.
Before reaching the concrete road, we had to walk through a palm oil plantation and a cottage garden, which was quite dark and without light. My husband and I had to use flashlights to help increase the light. When I arrived at the white house, I stopped to get some dog food and leave my flashlight there. I started my exercise by running from the white house, running along the concrete road in the village.

Running

Running today, I am good at moving my arms back and forth and try to run by lifting my left and right legs and control the level of my steps or running to be a suitable pace and land my feet lightly on the tip of my feet. I do this throughout the exercise route, alternating with tensing my stomach. At some points, I start to lift the front of my legs high to stimulate the fat in the front of my legs to tighten. I have a problem with the proportions of both thighs because
This area feels like there is the most fat. Other parts have started to reduce some. The waist is getting smaller. The back is the same. Clothes are starting to get loose, but the thighs or pants still fit. I went to read and find information in various places and got many types of information. Which I have put into practice some because I want my thighs to be smaller. When I control my running consistently, there is quite a lot of sweat coming out. When I run, I have to wipe the sweat off my face with my hands the whole way. But the most important thing is to control your breathing while running. It is something that you have to control a lot. Because if you follow your mood to breathe, you probably won't be able to run because breathing irregularly and breathing according to your mood makes me tired easily. I tried it myself. In conclusion, running and controlling your breathing while running is better. While running, we just focus on our breath and stay with it. I ran in this area. The number in the App ran to over 5,000. Then I stopped to take pictures and videos.

Continue running. Today the sky is very beautiful. The sun is rising from the road behind the temple. When I saw the sun shining through the roof of the temple and the big trees in that area, I thought it was a beautiful picture. I didn't miss taking these pictures to share with my friends.
I ran back to the footpath along the Trang River Canal. The number ran to 7,000, so I took a picture because I thought I could take pictures in this area. At this time, the picture must be beautiful because before that, the sunlight had not yet shone. It was still dark. So I intended to run until it was bright and take pictures to share with my friends the atmosphere of my village. In fact, the Subdistrict Administrative Organization had just improved the landscape in this area. This made people in the village come to exercise in the morning and evening. There were also children doing activities in the evening such as flying kites, cycling, and playing takraw.

When I ran to exercise, the number in the App ran to over 8,000. My husband and I decided to continue running to the coffee shop in the village like every day. Before reaching the coffee shop, I stopped to take pictures again.
Then I went into the coffee shop to order food to take home. Today, I felt very thirsty. I wanted to drink something sweet and cold.

Because I was tired while running, I felt out of breath and my ears were deaf. I ordered and could almost hear myself speaking loudly. The reason is probably because I was deaf. Today's order was 4 bags of rice soup, 2 grilled pork skewers, 2 packages of grilled sticky rice and 1 package of sticky rice.
1 glass of iced Ovaltine and 1 glass of iced lemon tea to drink here. While waiting for the food to be ready, I walked to the front of the shop. I continued exercising.
By exercising, I lifted my legs back 50 times on each side. This kind of exercise makes me tired. And then the food was ready. Along with the iced lemon tea, I drank some cold water with a sour and slightly sweet taste. I felt very refreshed.

Happiness along the way

My happiness along the way is bringing food to these dogs. These days, there are not only dogs, but also cats. But I didn't bring cat food. I have dog food, so I brought dog food to the cats on the side of the road. It's amazing. They must be hungry and they eat. I'll probably bring some tomorrow. As for the dogs, they seem to be waiting for me and my husband in the morning every day. When they see them, they run over. And all of them are very happy to eat. They show their symptoms, making me happy too.

Stop by the white house by the roadside

This morning, I stopped to get a flashlight and feed the fish. Then, I watered the flowers and fruit trees around the house. It didn't take long.

Garden house

Before entering the garden house, I stopped to bring breakfast for my grandson. Today, my grandson is not feeling well. My grandson's grandmother said that she has to take him to the doctor in the morning. Today, my grandson didn't go to school, so I told him to eat breakfast first before taking him to the doctor. Walking through the natural path, there is happiness along the way. In this area, the villagers raise many pigs and cows. Of course, the cuteness of the piglets. Most of the piglets will run after each other and when they are startled, they will stay still, very still. When I saw their behavior, I couldn't help but smile. The image in front of me was 3 piglets riding on the back, 3 in a row. When I saw it, I knew why cartoonists can write stories about animals in such detail. It must be because they must sit and watch the animals in every pose. The piglets are very cute.
When I walk to my garden area, the riverside area, the Khaki ducks often come to play in this area. And they often come to this area. I have to look for duck eggs every time I pass this area as well.

And today is the same. I got 1 duck egg which is by the riverside. I can't be late because the birds will come and eat it.

Go to the kitchen - prepare breakfast

Take the things bought from the coffee shop, arrange them on a plate, then make drinks for my husband. 2 cups of coffee for myself and 1 cup of warm milk for the mother. As for the daughter, I bought 1 glass of cold Ovaltine. Finished, serve breakfast to my daughter and husband to eat before going to school.

Take care of the mother-in-law

Before taking a bath, feed the mother-in-law. Today's breakfast is rice porridge with eggs and 1 glass of warm milk and 1 glass of plain water. After feeding the mother-in-law,
Prepare things for the mother. Before taking a bath, clothes, bed sheets, pillowcases, diapers and diaper pads
Prepare everything. When the husband comes to drop off the daughter, he will be able to bathe the mother.

Back to the kitchen Prepare breakfast for myself. Today I stir-fried broccoli with fried eggs and ate it with coffee. I remembered that today, many butterfly pea flowers bloomed in front of the house. So I went to pick the butterfly pea flowers. Then I washed them and drained them. I opened the refrigerator to take out the ginger, peeled it, washed it, and smashed it a bit. At first, I thought of boiling butterfly pea tea with ginger. Then I remembered that I had some mint leaves that I planted and put them in. So I went to pick the mint and washed it. I put water in a container. I turned on the stove and put all the herbs in. Boil everything until it boiled. The clear water turned into blue water and the aroma of the herbs wafted in. I let the herbs cool down and then I took some ice from the refrigerator and smashed it. Then I put it in a glass.
And poured the herbal water into the ice. For the blue herbal water, I added lemon. I added magic. With the lemon, it turned purple. It changed color in an instant. When I was done, my husband came back and served the herbal water.
I sat down and relaxed to eat breakfast.
Finished. Give your mom a bath.
Take a bath, get dressed, do physical therapy like every day, and let your mom rest.

Feeding the parrots

Then feed the parrots. Today I can't go in to see the baby parrots because the mother parrot is very protective of her children. I also want to see the baby parrots to see if they are growing up or not. I should go in to see the baby parrots in the afternoon.

Doing housework

Washing dishes, cooking rice, doing laundry, sweeping the house

Gardening

Watering plants, cleaning the balcony area by spraying water to clean. Take fresh chili peppers from the pots and plant them on the ground to let them grow.

Today I think it's time to write an article, so I'm stopping everything for now. I'll finish writing the article and then come back to do what I left off.
