Saludos amigos de Hive y comunidad de Actifit. Hoy, miércoles 22 de enero de 2025, tuve una sesión de entrenamiento muy productiva en el parque de Tiquire Flores. A pesar de llegar un poco tarde debido a una reunión deportiva en el municipio, me cambié rápidamente en mi casa al salir de la reunión y me dirigí al parque. Al llegar, saludé a mis compañeros del equipo, quienes ya estaban en pleno calentamiento. Justo a tiempo, me uní a ellos para estirar y preparar mi cuerpo para la rutina del día.
Greetings friends of Hive and Actifit community. Today, Wednesday January 22, 2025, I had a very productive training session at the Tiquire Flores park. Despite arriving a little late due to a sports meeting in the municipality, I quickly changed at home after leaving the meeting and headed to the park. Upon arrival, I greeted my teammates, who were already warming up. Just in time, I joined them to stretch and prepare my body for the day's routine.

Esta vez, seguimos una rutina diseñada por uno de mis compañeros, @cristhenos. La estructura del entrenamiento fue variada y un poco intensa. Comenzamos con un calentamiento general para activar los músculos y evitar lesiones. Luego, pasamos a los ejercicios con mancuernas, donde hicimos curl de bíceps y press militar para hombros. También incorporamos ejercicios con nuestro propio peso, como fondos y flexiones, que son esenciales en la calistenia. Para añadir un poco más de dificultad, utilizamos chalecos lastrados durante las dominadas y chin ups. Siento que estos ejercicios son clave para desarrollar fuerza y potencia en la parte superior del cuerpo.
This time, we followed a routine designed by one of my colleagues, @cristhenos. The structure of the workout was varied and a bit intense. We started with a general warm-up to activate the muscles and avoid injuries. Then, we moved on to dumbbell exercises, where we did biceps curls and military press for shoulders. We also incorporated exercises with our own weight, such as dips and push-ups, which are essential in calisthenics. To add a little more difficulty, we used weighted vests during pull-ups and chin ups. I feel these exercises are key to developing upper body strength and power.

Al finalizar la rutina, sentí que estoy volviendo poco a poco a mi prime. Regresé a casa para darme un baño frío y cenar algo nutritivo antes de ponerme a trabajar en mi contenido para las redes y la Blockchain. At the end of the routine, I felt like I am slowly getting back to my prime. I returned home for a cold bath and some nourishing dinner before getting to work on my content for the networks and Blockchain.
