Saludos amigos de Hive y comunidad de Actifit, hoy tuve un día de entrenamiento de piernas en el parque de Tiquire Flores que fue realmente productivo. Comencé mi sesión con un calentamiento, realizando tres series de 10 sentadillas sin peso. Este primer paso es fundamental para preparar mis músculos y evitar lesiones. Después de calentar, pasé a la parte más intensa del entrenamiento, utilizando una barra Z con un total de 25 kg.
Greetings friends of Hive and Actifit community, today I had a leg training day at Tiquire Flores park that was really productive. I started my session with a warm up, performing three sets of 10 squats without weight. This first step is essential to prepare my muscles and avoid injury. After warming up, I moved on to the most intense part of the workout, using a Z-bar with a total of 25 kg.
Entre los ejercicios que ejecuté, el primero fue el peso muerto, que me ayuda a fortalecer la cadena posterior. Luego, realicé sentadillas, un clásico que nunca falta en mi rutina, ya que trabaja múltiples grupos musculares. También incorporé la sentadilla Zercher, que es excelente para activar el core y mejorar la estabilidad. Finalmente, hice zancadas, un ejercicio que me encanta porque además de trabajar las piernas, mejora el equilibrio y la coordinación.
Among the exercises I performed, the first one was the deadlift, which helps me strengthen my posterior chain. Then, I performed squats, a classic that is never missing in my routine, as it works multiple muscle groups. I also incorporated the Zercher squat, which is excellent for activating the core and improving stability. Finally, I did strides, an exercise that I love because in addition to working the legs, it improves balance and coordination.
Cada uno de estos ejercicios lo realicé en tres series de 10 repeticiones, lo que me permitió desafiarme y sentir el trabajo en mis músculos. La tarde en el parque fue perfecta, con un clima agradable que hizo que el entrenamiento fuera aún más placentero. Each of these exercises I performed in three sets of 10 repetitions, which allowed me to challenge myself and feel the work in my muscles.
