Saludos amigos de Hive y comunidad de Actifit, hoy quiero compartir mi experiencia de entrenamiento en el parque Tiquire Flores, donde disfruté de una sesión enfocada en bíceps, espalda y hombros utilizando mancuernas. Comencé con los curl de bíceps con rotación interna, un ejercicio que realmente activa los músculos de los brazos y mejora la fuerza. Greetings friends of Hive and Actifit community, today I want to share my training experience at Tiquire Flores Park, where I enjoyed a session focused on biceps, back and shoulders using dumbbells. I started with biceps curls with internal rotation, an exercise that really activates the arm muscles and improves strength. Then, I moved on to the hammer curl, which is perfect for working both biceps and forearms. I continued my routine with hip thrusts, an essential exercise for developing the back and maintaining good posture.

Finally, I included some military shoulder presses, which are essential for strengthening this area and improving overall stability. After completing three sets of each exercise, I decided to add some cardio to my workout. I pulled the jump rope out of my bag and jumped on it for about 15 minutes. This exercise not only helps improve cardiovascular endurance, but also oxygenates the muscles, which is crucial after a strength workout.
