Endlich wieder fit genug, um auf meine Schritte zu kommen.
Bisher hatte mich die Woche trotz Urlaub ziemlich umgeworfen, sodass ich viel Zeit mit einfach nur rum liegen verbringen musste. Heute habe ich dann aber die Laufschuhe heraus geholt und die langsamste Tempo Einheit der Geschichte aufgelegt. Aber es kann ja nur bergauf gehen.
