Chelsea surrendered two goal lead for a draw at Stamford Bridge

The Blues led 2-0 against Arsenal thanks to goals from Cole Palmer and Mykhailo Mudryk, and we maintained that lead into the last quarter of an hour. After an enthralling London derby, the Gunners responded with two goals in quick succession, leaving the Bridge with a point that rarely seemed imaginable.

Mauricio Pochettino observed another encouraging display from his Chelsea team, and although the result did not include three well-earned points, the manager highlighted the good aspects following the game. Naturally, we are disappointed when the game is over, but we can't focus just on the last moments, Pochettino said in a statement following.

There were plenty of good aspects. We were the superior group. We dropped two points in a way that you never want to lose, but we can still feel proud of ourselves because we faced a squad that was vying for the Premier League last year. We had excellent personality and character. We need to hold onto our belief that good things would eventually come because we were competitive and we deserved more. I'm liking the guys' current emotional state. They're very angry. I'd like to witness that. However, we must continue to work. We're doing great.

In situations where Armando Broja was absent and Nicolas Jackson was on the bench, the brilliant Conor Gallagher provided extra offensive support. Our attack needed to be redesigned in terms of both shape and strategy. Palmer and Conor Gallagher stopped the centre backs from having a reference and moved them into the midfield zone as we attempted to establish dominance in the middle. and for the one-on-ones, employing Sterling and Mudryk. Palmer and Gallagher's performances had me utterly thrilled. Following Robert Sanchez's misdirected pass that resulted in Arsenal's opening goal, Pochettino was questioned. He makes us so happy.

Naturally, he is unhappy and disappointed in his choice, but in sports, errors do happen. Arsenal gained confidence from this goal. Perhaps we can read the circumstances, the time, and the tempo better. Because it's how we play we can only improve, we can take chances on 77 minutes, but perhaps there is maybe something else to be done. It's not about placing blame. It is possible. We're still a very young team getting to know one another, so it will come with time. You just need to know when to remain calm and when to take chances.

Once again, Marc Cucurella made an impression by switching to the left side rather than the right, where he had been playing when the other right back returned at the same time. When we first came here three months ago, it was very evident that some players might be staying or leaving. At the end of the transfer window, Marc and the team made the decision to stay. He is getting excellent training, and he performed admirably while facing up against a top player like Saka. The credit should go to him. The team will only get better due of his dedication to practise and ability to play on the right side.

Pochettino also offered his thoughts on Sir Bobby Charlton's demise. I'm so depressed. I would like to offer the family my warmest regards. The news had a significant effect on us. We are going to miss an incredible individual who was a global symbol in our sport—one of the best players ever.

My personal condolences to the family and may you find the courage to move on...
