Our second winner of the month, comes as the finale of the flat season rounds the turn for home. Effernock Fizz made all the running in this race, although needed to urged on with 3 furlongs left to travel. From there she ran on strongly to cross the line 2 lengths ahead.

Fortunes were reversed for the top two yesterday. Expert Eye this time nabbing the winning selection to snap his losing streak, while Garry Owen had to settle with a 7th placed finisher in his failed attempt to stay close to the top - £7 now separates them once again. Still all to play for though, as we have seen that things can change in the blink of an eye. Both are pinning ther hopes on runners at Musselbrugh, Scotland today.
