@steevc just finished a 6.25km run, that lasted for 38 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 469.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
The weather was not looking too promising at lunch time today with a few drops of rain, but it held off whilst I was out around Stevenage. I started off on the long hill up to Fairlands Valley Park, but then I saw some steps heading off and decided to see where they lead to.

There was more climbing to come as I trekked around the north side of town. This was largely new territory to me and I had to consult the map to see where I would end up. At some point I could see the new tower blocks and cranes near work so I knew to head that way.

It was mostly downhill on the way back and so much easier. I managed to stay away from the main roads that can be pretty noisy.

I was not too bad a run really. My back is still a little sore, but not enough to stop me running. I need to do more exercises to strengthen it. I would also like to be more flexible as I am a long way from being able to touch my toes these days.

I was listening to Desert Island Disks with guest Sir Jony Ive who designed a lot of products for Apple. He is about my age.

Have a good week and run free!

LOL! It's not the prettiest place, but it's okay for running as there are lots of cycle paths.

Checking out new routes will definitely keeps things interesting, and yeah touching toes is overrated… as long as you can still tie your shoes, you’re good man hahaha

I think most could walk it in not much over an hour. Runners should be quicker than that. I am not a fast runner.
