Morning Run: Digging it

@steevc just finished a 7.29km run, that lasted for 44 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 539.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
It is staying cooler here for now. The forecast even showed a chance of snow, but we did not get any. I did my regular loop up the hill to Fairfield. On the way up I passed a small digger that is being used to clear the edges of the road where leaves and other stuff has collected. This road does not get much traffic. A little further up a farrier was shoeing a horse. He had a small forge in the back of his van.

The rest of the run was uneventful. The pace was slightly slower than some recent runs, but it took me a while to get going. I definitely need to warm up to be able to run faster. That works out for parkrun as I jog about 2km to get there. In general I am making progress on my fitness after it slumped whilst I was injured.

Someone has been sawing up the hollow tree I spotted recently, but they do not seem to be taking it away. I also noticed that a lot of the trees have metal tags on them. I assume that someone is managing them.

It looks like parkrun has a full roster of volunteers, so I can run this week.

One of my podcasts was about the reintroduction of beavers to the UK. They went extinct about 400 years ago, but they can be good for the local ecology. I have not heard of any coming here, but I think that otters have been seen in the river. I have seen various wildlife on my runs.

Run free and enjoy nature.

@themarkymark: Your Scam Farm Empire with @buildawhale Exposed—When Will You Stop Destroying Hive?”

Meta Description:
Bilpcoin uncovers @themarkymark’s abuse of Hive’s reward system through @buildawhale’s scam farm. The evidence shows years of corruption funded by @blocktrades’ delegations.

To @themarkymark:

You’ve had years to change your ways, yet you continue to exploit Hive’s reward system. Let’s break it down:

1. The Evidence Against You

The blockchain doesn’t lie. Here’s how you’ve been abusing Hive:

a. @buildawhale’s Daily Grift

  • Curation Rewards from Spam Posts:
Over the past 2 hours, @buildawhale generated over 270 HP for spam posts like this.

  • Total Power:
2.4M HP delegated from @blocktrades97% borrowed, not earned. Wallet Proof.

b. Self-Voting and Alt Abuse

c. Years of Corruption:

From vote selling to scam farming, your abuse has gone unchecked.

2. @blocktrades’ Role in Enabling Scams

Why does @blocktrades delegate 2.3M HP to @buildawhale?

  • Delegation Breakdown:
  • Impact on Hive:
These delegations fund spam farms, centralize power, and steal rewards from creators.

3. The Hypocrisy: “Spam Fighter” vs. Scam Farmer

You claim to care about Hive, yet:

  • Enable Scam Farms: @buildawhale floods the blockchain with spam comments.
  • Exploit Poor Users: Use vulnerable creators to promote Hive while silencing critics.
  • Contribute Nothing: Your posts lack substance, yet you attack those exposing corruption.

The Irony:
You lecture about morality while enabling scams. Transactions don’t lie—you’re part of the problem.

4. The Community’s Wake-Up Call

Hive’s integrity is at stake. Every curation reward from @buildawhale’s bot votes:

  • Steals from creators.
  • Centralizes power.
  • Normalizes abuse.

Action Steps:

  1. Audit the Scam: Check @buildawhale’s activity log for spam comments.
  2. Demand Accountability: Ask @blocktrades why he funds scam farms.
  3. Spread Awareness: Share this post and tag honest users.

Final Message to @themarkymark:

Keep pretending you care about Hive while enabling and operating scam farms. The blockchain has already recorded:

The Truth Hurts:
You’re a puppet for scam farms. We’re here to fight for Hive’s integrity.

#HiveBlockchain #ScamFarmsExposed #DownvoteCartel #Bilpcoin #BlockchainTruth

Transactions don’t lie. The evidence is here—investigate it.

Sincerely,
The Bilpcoin Team

Do you take any supplement after a run, maybe raw egg or green leave to help speed up the progress of the run, for instance gym folks take supplements to boost their muscles just wondering if its necessary ?

Not really. I have some granola and orange juice for breakfast. I have been taking daily multivitamins for a while too. I don't see the point in raw eggs. I made an omelette for dinner last night, so that was my egg quota.

Running itself is very good for the body but gotta love those little things you notice along the way, the random diggers, tree tags, surprise blacksmith moments lol. The Beavers are making a comeback. I consider Beavers as the engineers amongst animals haha

I consider running to also be about exploring. I've been all around the local countryside that I might not see otherwise. On my regular routes I see the changes over the year. Good for my state of mind.
