steevc just finished a 7.45km run, that lasted for 46 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 565.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
I am still on a high from Hivefest in Croatia. Being around all those smart people is a buzz. Now it is back to the routine and I had fun with the trains yesterday.

I managed a run in Split and was telling people about how I earn from that. I think a lot of Hivers are unaware of @strava2hive that makes it easy to write up an activity on Strava and have it appear automatically on Hive, including some images. Of course most of the millions of Strava users have no idea about Hive. I think the two platforms can work well together. When you have a Hive account it opens lots of possibilities including blogging and games. Let me know if you want an account.

I did a bit of Wii Fit the other day and it said I had gained weight. Well I did eat well in Split. Today was time for another run. It is a bit overcast today, but not too cold. I did my usual loop. I was not feeling up to a quick pace, but I kept going.

I may have avoided most of the school kids today, but there were plenty of people out. I saw saw the dog up at Fairfield that has wheels at the back due to some issue with its legs.

I will see if parkrun are desperate for volunteers this week, but I would like to run. My other half is doing some Couch to 5k sessions with a running club to improve her times. I have thought about joining a club, but it all needs time.

I have a gig with the band this weekend, so I need to practice for that.

Run free!

Do you have a floor pad for the Wii? How would it know you had gained weight? I hope the weather is cooler for you back home than it was in Split. I have been taking it easy this week as I am dealing with some major shoulder and knee pain. I'm not sure what I did, but it sure does hurt!

We have the Wii Balance Board, but I don't know how accurate it is for weight. I don't tend to weigh myself too often. I think I need more core exercises as my fitness should be okay.

Hope you get over your aches soon. Take it easy.

Thanks! It's been a pain. My shoulder keeps me from lifting weights and my knee has me going a bit slower on the treadmill, so I feel like I am not being very effective! I need to work on my core as well.

If you are talking about Marky then he is not my friend and I have no influence on him. You have to resolve these issues yourself, but threatening people will not help. Marky is a comedian, so maybe try making him laugh.

I've told you and your friends before I don't make threats tell your friend to fuck off and stop playing

It just looks very dumb to downvote original content and support spam
