steevc just finished a 7.01km run, that lasted for 42 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 531.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
We had some rain showers overnight, but it was okay this morning. I slept a bit better, so felt more like running. I noticed a lot of slugs on the paths today. I try not to tread on them.

I did my usual trek up to Fairfield. I did it clockwise this time, which I seem to do less often than the other option, but Strava still reckons this is my 64th time on this route. I was slightly quicker than the last couple of outings.

The Olympics are kicking off, so we will have lots more sport to watch after the Euros and Wimbledon.

Have a great day and run free.

Nice - I used to run a lot and liked keeping track of it all... I would again but it's not recommended after a knee replacement...

I hope you can get other exercise. It is amazing what you can track these days and I like all the stats.

Definitely, think I'll start tracking my elliptical usage. The Doc said that, and swimming ,is a good exercise for me.

We love the Olympics in this house, so looking forward to watching it. Do you know what, slugs, slugs 🐌 everywhere. The other night we sat out in the garden after our bike ride drinking a nice ice cold Pepsi and as it got dark there were hundreds of them. Walking across the lawn back to the house was like a minefield. I just didn’t want to tread on any!!

My sister was complaining that slugs had a lot of her veg plants up in Scotland. I think the warm and wet winter was good for them. We've not planted anything this year, but something is attacking some of the fruit bushes. We don't like to use chemicals.

I hit the treadmill this morning which was a lot of pain after mowing the lawn last night. I don't remember my body ever having these minor aches and pains all the time before! Nice job on your run!

You should be extra fit :) A little pain is not too bad as long as it doesn't last.

Yeah, I'm actually surprised my legs hurt as much as they do. They are pretty much all muscle. My wife calls them chicken legs.
