Morning Run: Berry good

steevc just finished a 6.99km run, that lasted for 42 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 507.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
I was quite stiff after my Sunday run and have a sore thumb after falling in the garden. The latter should not affect my running, but I just feel it throbbing. I felt up to running again today and did my workout of alternate fast and slow km. The weather was good for running as it was dry and not too warm.

I did my regular route and the results were slightly better than some recently. I do the recovery phases pretty slowly, so the times will vary, but I averaged just under 6min/km. The quick ones were not too bad really. I still have my hip tendon issue and I wonder about getting more advice on that. It is more annoying than painful.

We are getting lots of big raspberries this year. The strawberries are not bad, but the plants have died back. Maybe they need some fertiliser.

Enjoy your Thursday and run free. If you want to earn from your Strava runs then talk to me about Hive :)

Nice job on your run! The berries look great! I had a treadmill stress test on Monday, so I wasn't sure I would be able to do the treadmill Tuesday and today this week. I pushed myself though and still did it.

Thanks! That stress test was brutal. They say my heart is good though.

That's a result then. A healthy heart is somewhat essential :)

Nice work on your run dearest Steve. Oh wow, those berries look amazing, berries are actually one of my favorites alongside Watermelon. I've been dealing with a little fever, but pushing through it feels worth it when I see progress. I'm literally on my phone and walking at the same time, would love to start the Actifit pretty soon🥰🥰🥰

Just a question, when you use Strava2Hive, do you always need to include the map in the posts? I just wonder if you want to remain somewhat anonymous and don't feel like sharing where you live (since that is often where you start your run), is that possible in some way? Any thoughts on this at all?

There are some options within Strava for that. @strava2hive just seems to take a screenshot of the activity, so it will see whatever is there. I just have it obscure exactly where my house is.
