Description from Strava:
The weather yesterday was pretty horrible after my run with lots of rain, but today is sunny. Trust is good for my solar panels and also for the Hive meetup in Bedford this afternoon.

As I was coming this way I did the Great Denham parkrun for the third time. This is true scene of my quickest run a few years ago, but I am slower lately. They get a lot of people and it is a nice course that is fairly flat and on good surfaces. That can give good times as long as it is not windy.

They had a Star Wars theme as it is May the Fourth.

I got there in plenty of time to be sure I could find the start. It was really busy when we set off, so it took me a while to get up to speed. I just did what I could and got my best time of the year. I am happy enough with that.

I am just visiting my parents before I go to the meetup.

I know the photo is reversed, but I cannot see how to fix it right now.

Run free.

Well if it is less muddy than your 'local' parkrun, then that may help with the quicker time!

But yes, the rain was atrocious yesterday... today its much better here as well :-)

Have fun at the meet up

I could not use the conditions as an excuse today. I could not have given it any more anyway.
