steevc just finished a 8.21km run, that lasted for 53 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 621.0 calories.

Description from Strava:

When I woke up this morning I had a bit of a sore throat. I should have taken this as a warning, but I thought I just needed a drink. I was also aching a bit. I went to get some bags of concrete and ballast yesterday that were pretty heavy and I may have pulled something.

I decided to run anyway, but I soon realised this was going to be a very gentle one as I was feeling stiff and my body was not really up for it. I cut the run a bit short due to this. I did see my friend Graeme out there. He has not been to parkrun lately. There were a fair few other runners.

The weather was not too bad, but it was windy at times. I got round the route and made it home. Since then I have been feeling worse. It may be that 'dreaded disease'!

I still needed to do some chores. I cleaned out the chickens and prepared the site for our solar battery. I will get someone else to mix and pour the concrete as my back is not up to that.

I will have to see if I feel up to going to work tomorrow. I do not want to spread my germs.

I hope you are all okay and can get out for a run.

Well COVID is still around, but I've not tested for that yet. It could be something else.
