Exploration Mode (My Actifit Report Card: July 13)
Greetings, everyone!
Yesterday, I was in the mood to explore some old places and see how much I could visit an abandoned factory.
The factory originates from the industrial kingdom of a Greek businessman named Malaxa, who committed to building diesel locomotives about a hundred years ago. He further expanded the factory to include making industrial pipes but lost everything when the communists nationalized the factory after WW2.
The state further expanded to factories and kept the original buildings as a testimony of the legacy of this place. These old industrial buildings are now in the cultural heritage of the city and are protected buildings. Unfortunately, everything is now abandoned and is falling apart...
Unfortunately, I could not explore further. I did not feel that the place was safe, and I was alone.
