Manchester City beat Leeds United in an away match hold at home ground of leeds and was able to reclaim the top position of EPL table as Liverpool jumped at the top of the table after beating New Castle by 1-0 goal margin with playing one more game than City. So it was a do or die match for City to recover top position. And they did their job greatly as they beat Leeds by 4-0 goal margin.

It is very hard to bear that City is now suffering from injuries and tight schedule. Kyle Walker and Jones Stones were not in the squade against Leeds. Silva, Bruyne and Mahrez were in bench to rest as City have a fixture against Real Madrird in next week. Josep Guardiola select the first squade with Ruben Dias, Laporte, Cancelo, Ake, Gundogan, Rodri, Foden, Jesus, Stirling and Grealish. Rodri, Ake, Jesus and Fernandinho ( substitute) found the net in this match.

On the other hand, though Leeds didn't find the net, I really impressed to see their playing style against City. City mainly play possession based football. So almost in all match ball possession remain more in City side. Though the overall possession in last match was also City side, but sometime Leeds held the possession for long time. They also made some hard threat against City. City defense and Ederson saves some outstanding shots that denied leeds's goal. Leeds really demands high thanks.

Anyway after 34 round City in one point clearly above than Liverpool. So the rest of 4 matches for both team are now the most important matches that will decide who will be the champion of EPL this season.
