Zeal Premier League report card. Week 10 result (2019/2020)

Another week, another drama, another twist, another disappointment and another history in the English Premier League, and all went down in week 10 of the best League in the world.

This is the English Premier League

What more can we say to advertise the English Premier League than letting the best League in the world show its potentials without we saying any further cool stuff about it. With more dramas in its sleeves, the English Premier League has shown more excitements than other topflight Leagues in the world.

For match week 10, we will start with the game that went down on Friday night. Southampton hosting Leicester City which turned out to be a historic night after 90min. At St. Mary's Stadium, Leicester City made history as they break Manchester United record of most goals scored in an away game by beating Southampton by 9 goals to nothing. It rained goals all through the night at the St. Mary's Stadium.

Moving to the second game, Manchester City hosted impressive Aston Villa at the Etihad stadium as the early kickoff on Saturday, it all went down amazingly. First 45min was like a roadblock for the Citizens but the second half was another soty entirely. Aston Villa tried to shut City out but the Citizens became too strong for Aston Villa and therefore beating Aston Villa to claim all maximum points.

West Ham failed to shake off Sheffield United at the London Stadium as both teams were tied to a draw. An impressive showdown but points shared at the end of 90min.
Watford are still yet to get a win in their name since the beginning of this campaign. Hosting Bournemouth was assumed to be a starting point for Watford but they still failed to register a win as they were held to a barren draw at home by Bournemouth.

Last week's impressive team Everton are back to blow cold after they traveled away from home face Brighton. A tough game between these two but Brighton overpowered Everton who also showed promises but failed to take the day. Brighton were the victors in this matchup.

EPL match week 10 result

Sturbborn Burnley were defeated at home by Chelsea on Saturday. The Blues were on fire for most of the game and took a comfortable lead. Comfortable I said, until into the last quarter of the game when Burnley started posing threats and threatened the Blues with a comeback. Many would have say the comeback may pull through if given more time but this is football and we don't exceed 90min as regular time. Chelsea escaped a comeback by Burnley.

To the last game on Saturday, Newcastle welcomed Wolves at the St. James' Park. A great matchup and an entertaining showdown but both teams could only settle for a draw.

Into the SuperSunday showdown
The SuperSunday games were out of this world as they were over the edge of entertainment. We got to see the London derby and two Champions League finanlist clashing for the first time since they met at the Champions League.

At the Carrow Road, Norwich hosted Manchester United in a game that was open for any of the two to take. Manchester stood at nothing to go all the way to claim the day after defeating Norwich. Norwich continued their bad form.

To the London derby, Arsenal lost a 2 nil lead to Crystal Palace and therefore giving the visitors the previlage to come back into the game. A fun filled game with a lot of unexpected outcome and disappointment to those it may concern. Unai Emery

To the biggest of week 10, Liverpool welcome Tottenham to Anfield where it all started on adrenalin rush as Tottenham took an early lead and maintained that into the second half of the game but soon lost their ground when Liverpool find their way back into the game and came from behind to defeat Spurs to maintain unbeaten streak.
