Smackdown live kicked of with am intercontinental championship match which saw Shinsuke Nakamura defending this title against the big dog Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns made his entrance and so after did Shinsuke Nakamura entered escorted by Sami Zayn. The match started well with both wrestlers giving all they got. As Roman Reigns is about to deliver the spear to the Intercontinental champion, Baron Corbin hit Roman with the mass at his head which leads to disqualification.
As Corbin and Shinskuke beats up Roman, Daniel Bryan runs in and makes the save
It's made official Roman and Daniel against Corbin and Shinskuke later on.
Hulk Hogan appears on the big team to talk about his team and choose his new team captain for crown jewel after Seth Rollins was puked out of the fight due to him being occupied with his championship defense against the Fiend at the Crown jewel.
He announced his team consisting of Ricochet, Rusev, Shorty Gable and Mustapha Ali and he said he will announce his captain later on tonight.

The match went on with both wrestlers portraiting their amateur wrestling background skills, later on, Gable caught Curtis with the ankle lock after a great move for Curtis to tap out for the victory.
After the match Gable was interviewed about this height and the mocking and he gave a speech about being happy St those who mocked him because they made him think deeply and worked harder
He said he is shorty Gable and decided to shorten his name now to Shorty-G.

Nikki Cross comes out because she is participating in the six-pack challenge match for the number one contender to face Bayley for the SmackDown women championship and she promises to give Bayley a big hug after she wins tonight.
