My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2022

Well, you have those days... if you want to screw up your personal statistics, you suddenly have to do it right. And today was such a day 🤪
It wasn't entirely my fault, but it was so cold outside and I was so nice and warm in my seat... But my big mistake was mainly to put on Netflix on this lazy Sunday. And then it was too late of course ... after 1 episode another follows, and after that other 1 more follows ... you know the drill. Binge watching 😳
All in all I can still be happy that I reached the 5000 steps, otherwise I wouldn't even be able to post this post...

On a weekly basis, the result looks mediocre. The number of steps average is nicely above 10,000, but due to my binge-watching adventures today, the average distance is just under 10km...

Well, let's just say...we'll do better next week. And set up the television less 😉
