My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2022

Well, the new tactic works... I got rain on my head half the time during both the morning walk and the evening walk... so in total 50% as I predicted yesterday šŸ˜‚
I suspect I must have said something wrong about or to the weather gods šŸ˜‰

Anyway, the result is there. The 10 km for today are back in. And there's even better news...
I've been doing my walks for 4 weeks now and this morning I stepped on the scale out of curiosity...and 2.5 kg are off! And this without changing my eating habits. Apparently I now burn more calories than I take in. A trend that hopefully can continue for a long time šŸ¤Ŗ
