My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2022

Quiet day today but, more importantly, a beautiful day. The temperature is of course a bit lower in November, but that is actually quite pleasant for a walk. At least, if you keep up the pace of course.

And so we did. The 10km were easy to do today so I'm really starting to feel confident that I'll be able to sharpen my goals soon...

But as I said before, don't get overconfident too quickly. First let's keep up with those 10km a day for a while...if I can walk it out without a drop of sweat, then it's time to shift up a gear 😉
