My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2022

Well, the easiest part of the week is over and again today I far exceeded my target, even the rain didn't stop me!
So that makes 5 out of 5...
But now come the 2 most difficult days of the week...the weekend.
Not that I can't go for a walk/walk on the weekends, but I have to convince my wife that I'm going for a walk...without her. And that I'm not, uh, going to do something else 😱
She finds my new interest in that step-app strange...she never knew me that way before. Rather like someone who ran away when there was sports involved 🤪
