Hey there!

It's not just work that makes you tired.

I think many people have noticed that you can get tired even if you do nothing for a whole day or a week. I call it sabotage of the body. But it's more likely brain sabotage. I still feel like I'm not the one in control of this body. So often I have to negotiate with myself, just as I do with another person on this planet. Sometimes I manage to find ways that reset this system and I can continue with my classes or tasks.

I've been using the Insight Timer app on my phone for a long time. It has a free version on both android and ios, so it's available to everyone. I originally used it for meditation, then for listening to nature sounds. And then today I found music called brain massage. It was a bit of a challenge for me. 😜

I've noticed the effect of music on my moods since I was a kid. Apparently that's why I always have my headphones with me. I rarely move around without music in my ears. But there do come those days that I name toxic sounds. That's when I turn on nature sounds, water noise or mantras. Today was a day when nothing helped. I just needed to stop the extraneous thoughts, but still write a post and do some tasks and chores along the way. And that's where I found this "brain massage"!

And you know, it worked today. Next I'll be experimenting with other frequencies and looking for new sounds for myself. This holiday season, I constantly have a feeling of some kind of confusion or incompleteness. Lots of thinking, lots of doing, but I can never get it to go in the right direction. I'm going to break that trend this year and go into the new year with even more activity, consistency, and daily plans. Naturally, which I intend to execute. So the experimentation continues. And maybe I'll write about it in the new year with new experiences. Or maybe my brain will just adapt.... 😅

Думаю многие замечали, что можно устать, даже ничего не делая целый день или неделю. Я называю это саботажем организма. Но скорее всего это саботаж мозга. Мне всё ещё кажется, что не я управляю этим телом. Поэтому часто мне приходится договариваться с самим собой так же, как и с другим человеком на этой планете. Иногда мне удаётся находить способы, которые перезагружают эту систему и я могу продолжить свои занятия или задачи.

Я давно использую приложение на телефоне Insight Timer. У него есть бесплатная версия и на андроиде и на ios, поэтому это доступно каждому. Изначально я использовал его для медитаций, потом для прослушивания звуков природы. А сегодня я нашёл музыку, которая называлась массаж мозга. Это был некоторый вызов для меня. 😜

Влияние музыки на моё настроение я заметил ещё в детстве. Видимо поэтому у меня всегда есть с собой наушники. Я редко передвигаюсь без музыки в ушах. Но наступают такие дни, которые я называю токсикоз звуками. Тогда я включаю звуки природы, шум воды или мантры. Сегодня был день, когда ничего не помогало. Мне просто необходимо было остановить посторонние мысли, но при этом писать пост и выполнять некоторые задачи, попутно делать домашние дела. И вот тут я нашёл этот "массаж мозга"!

И знаете, это сработало сегодня. Дальше я буду экспериментировать с другими частотами и искать новые звуки для себя. В эти праздничные дни у меня постоянно чувство какой-то растерянности или незавершённости. Много мыслей, много дел, но я никогда не могу пустить это в нужном направлении. Я собираюсь в этом году сломать эту тенденцию и войти в новый год с ещё большей активностью, последовательностью и ежедневными планами. Естественно, которые намерен исполнять. Так что эксперименты продолжаться. И возможно я напишу об этом в новом году с новыми впечатлениями. Или мой мозг просто приспособиться... 😅

LOLZ holding pays dividends, starting at 500 LOLZ tokens. This is another second layer token that works in this scheme. In my opinion, it's not a bad approach to keep people from selling their assets. In my year of watching Hive second layer tokens, there have been a lot of changes. I still think it's good for the whole Hive ecosystem. And this could be the future of Hive. Right now, with the right approach, you can make more from curating second-layer tokens more than curating HP. Thoughts to ponder...

What a lovely photo! That's a good place to go for a walk. I usually play relaxing piano music in the background as I work. I find that it helps me focus and calms me down too. Sometimes rain and thunderstorm sounds work better. LOL! Brain massage -- that's interesting. I'll read more about it. Have a great week! It's almost the new year once again...

The sound of the piano is my favorite of musical instruments. And so, yes, rain and thunderstorms are always great for relaxing. But I can fall asleep to them. 😅

Oh, one thing that I remembered to tell you is that many of them (though not all) use binaural frequencies, so they require headphones🎧 to listen (for them to work anyway). Many of the InnerTalk tracks don't need headphones, among a few others. For the best general effect, I'd say use headphones. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Marvelous! I'm so curious what your experience will be! Using them over time has the same effect on the brain as meditation. They make the brain function more as a whole. The corpus callosum, the bridge between the left and right hemispheres, becomes thicker. Super amazing stuff! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
