Hivechess Tournament Season 15 Round 6: @eniolw was the winner!
Dear chess fans,
yesterday the 6th round of season 15 was played as a 2+1 bullet arena with 25 players. Welcome back @tony1294!
This time @eniolw could gain his first tournament win in this season, three points ahead of @maestroask (Odnoobraz_bcm) and @tony1294! Two points behind followed a group of 3 players: @sawko, @rosmarly and @dhilan04 (tortyllan). Congratulations to all!
In this game between @maestroask (White) and @eniolw White seems in advance, but with his last move Ng4? he let Black off the hook. How should Black play here best?
Black to move and win

However, in time scramble Black didn´t find the only winning move and later lost the game.
I can be happy with my 8th place, as I had to face super tough opponents.

The rules you can look up in the S15 announcement post.
No changes in the top 3. Just @eniolw sneaked further up the ranks and is now together with @vjap55 competing for the third place, currently owned by @dhilan04.
See you all next week - and keep practicing!
Tomorrow round 1 of the the World Championship Match between Ian Nepomniachtchi and Ding Liren begins in Astana, Kazakhstan! Nepomniachtchi will start with the white pieces. They will play up to 14 games. Whoever scores 7,5 points is the new Chess World Champion!

Thanks again for the mention. Enough participation in this edition of this league.
Briefly I will only comment regarding the World Championship, I am going to the Chinese Ding Liren. I would like him to be the new chess monarch, in the absence of Carlsen
I agree.
Man I'm sorry, I didn't see the time of the tournament :( I thought it was at 4 p.m. (Venezuela time) and the tournament was held at 3 p.m., I guess there was a time change?
Hope you guys had an amazing time!
No problem. If you would actually read the announcement posts you would have known it. I wrote about the time change, in the last 2 reminders.
Well, actually I was aware of that bc you mentioned that 2 weeks ago on lichess. What I meant to say is that I thought there was another change, but I guess I just got confused lol
Yeah, I totally missed that. I got my revenge in the last game, although it didn't count for the standings.
Thanks.
Congratulations!
