First fail in the Lichess Team Liga - next try tomorrow!

Dear chessfans!

last Sunday our Blockchain chess team fought its 7^th battle of the "Lichess Team Liga" (more about this event here) and it happened what sooner or later had to happen - our series of successes ended. We finished at rank 7 only, our worst result ever, just enough to stay in liga 6A but we failed to advance to liga 5! Good news is that were were not kicked back to liga 7!

I am a little disappointed because we easily could have made it if 2 or 3 more stronger player would have joined the team. OK, 41 points at the end were missing, but we have those players, they were just not showing up.

Nevertheless, thanks a lot to ALL participants: @jaki01 - our top scorer this time (although he showed up late), @mundocuriosidad, @emic, @rodrook, @grafo07, @agreste, @dhilan04, @lighteye, @rosmarly, @sammy00 and @darruiz. No rewards this time, as we didn´t advance!

The next event starts tomorrow Thursday, 8^th June, 18h GMT.

We will be in the brutally strong liga 6A again. As always, the more from our team join, the higher our chances will be to get a good result and improve in the rankings!

Mode: 3+2 (3 minutes per game, 2 sec. increment per move), 100 min. rated arena, win streaks & berserk allowed
