WRC champion Kalle Rovanpera tested with Toyota ahead of WRC Monte Carlo Rallye 2023

Hi, friends!

Current World Rally champion Finn Kalle Rovanpera is a great talent, no doubt about that. He is also the youngest WRC champion ever who beat Colin McRae's record which was active from 1995 until 2022.

But now there are some new standards and Rovanpera jr is one of them. Guys will try to beat him this year, that's for sure but all of them forget one thing, and that's the fact that Toyota still really has the strongest and the best developed Rally1 car around.

I am completely sure that this was one of the biggest factor of Rovanpera's championship winning strike.

He recently revealed that he has to improve on tarmac but when we remind on his performances on the Croatian tarmac, then he can say that he already improved on tarmac in a great style.

This pre-event video shows that he has a speed in tarmac with precision as well. The only problem is that they tested on completely dry surface because Monte is all about the change of conditions. They need a test on the icy tarmac with snow as soon as possible.

Toyota is a big team with huge budget so this won't be the problem for them. They will find the right roads to prepare in the right way for this year's Monte Carlo Rallye which starts next week.

Let the best win - as always...
