We still can't apply for Monte Carlo Rallye 2024

Hi, friends!

It is unbelievable that such a big organisation like FIA can't make their website functional on time that we can apply on time for something which should be called our next outing.

Yeah, we should enter Monte Carlo Rallye which is in January 2024 but website still doesn't operate normally and there is still no season 2024 opened there for now.

Because we are the small crew (read we drive the smallest RC5 category), we should enter the rally on the day it opens but their site is just not functional.
