Three more WRC1 rallies for Mikkelsen this year

Hyundai Motorsport revealed their plans for Norwegian Andreas Mikkelsen who is one of their works drivers this season tackling all the tarmac rounds with bonus gravel round in Poland.

He did Monte Carlo Rallye in January and Croatia Rally this month and with two 6th place finishes, he obvioisly can't be too happy because he was able to finish that high even with Rally2 machinery in the previous seasons.

Yeah, it is not that easy just to step up in the higher category and to perform well. Some time is needed to adapt on the new machinery and the only way is racking up some miles with it.

So Mikkelsen will have Central European Rally and Rally Japan as two left tarmac event plus Rally Poland as a gravel rally because he won it in the past and finished 2nd on two occasions.
