I just had serious negotiations with potential new co-driver
Hi, friends!
I just came from the meeting with potential new co-driver because I am searching for the right one for the next season. Newly bought car is much quicker then the previous one so I would like to have someone with lots of experience in the racing seat.
This one has more racing experience from the driving seat then from the navigator's seat. And it wasn't easy for me to be negotiator in this conversation because he is the driver also and he would like to drive as well.
But he is super quick driver and I think that I would become much faster with his help so that's why I went to his place to convince him to seat in my right seat.
First of all, he won't go on the gravel rally show with me so I have to find another one for this outing. My plan was to have a co-driver with me for that test and then it would be easier for me at the start of the ext season.
So that won't be the case this time. He wants from me to go for a mutual test with me to see me in the action but with the road car and then he will decide if we can work together.
I said yes so we will have a test probably next week. I will write here what happened.

Fingers crossed! I imagine a good co-driver is hard to find, but an experienced driver probably knows how to be a good one.
Thank you very much!!! This morning another young co-driver sent me a message about potential future co-driving. I know that this well experienced driver could be a big challenge for me and he could make me much quicker in one season, but feeling today was kinda 'not good'. I must think about the whole situation but for the gravel rally show, I will probably try with this young co-pilot.
