FIA revealed eight rallies of European Rally Championship 2022

Hi, friends!

European Rally Championship will have the same promoter as World Rally Championship and we are talking about RedBull Media service which are doing really great jon behind WRC for the last few seasons.

Now they want to do the same with ERC and I think that this will give much better status for it. The bad thing about whole that project is that we will have to pay for ERC also like we do for WRC if we want the whole weekend show.

Now we can watch almost all onboard videos for free and on WRC+, there is no free onboard videos at all. You must pay for the service if you want to enjoy more.

OK, I know how good is the job from WRC+ so I will probably subscribe for the both championships. Now we have one more rally with Eurosport Events as an organizer and i am talking about Canarias Rallye in Sšain which won't be that interesting because there won't be 2021 ERC champion Andreas Mikkelsen there.

There won't be another top driver Alexey Lukyanuk who stopped this season probably because of the financial reasons and because he couldn't catch Mikkelsen anymore.

So FIA revealed yesterday eight events which will be on the calendar for 2022 but still without dates. We will have the following rallies: Poland, Liepāja, Rome, Zlín, Azores, Fafe, Hungary, Canarias].

There is a strong gossip that Ypres Rally will also be included on the calendar but there must a signed contract between promoter and the organizer. If I remember good, Europsport Events wanted 400 000€ from the organizer to have the rally on the ERC calendar but now, with much more TV coverage from RedBullTV, thai fee could be much higher.

We will have exciting championships to follow in 2022...
