BREAKING NEWS: No more hybrid unit on Rally1 cars from 2025

Hi, friends!

As a cost saving policy, World Rally Championship commision group had a meeting yesterday to see what is the best possible solution for the sport and decided to go without hybrid system from 2025.

Yeah, hybrid units were significant cost for the teams although they gave the engines more then 100bhp and that way cars have up to 550bhp.

So the news are that the hybrid unit will be ditched and turbo restrictors will have smaller restrictor with power restricted to 380bhp.

Also there will be a package for Rally2 cars to become much closer to Rally1 cars.

I think these are the position things in front of the rally World because it is just boring to see eight cars in top category with much better battle in Rally2 class.
