A lot of walking home from the hospital
The leg workout on the morning was AWESOME, the elevated heel technique makes it way way easier for my legs, I need to strengthen my glutes, but I can finally do 210 on the hip extension, so, pretty good, everything should go smoothly from now on.

Lissy did a leg session again, his technique is WAY WAY BETTER, and she feels great, doing it with her, makes me feel so happy
