RE: Do You Limit Your Action and Behavior In A Fight?

But to address the real point of your post I will say that I totally agree with you. One needs to control their anger if they are going to have a chance. Rage has forced the losses of many professional fighters in all fighting sports including my favorite UFC.

Just think about Jose Aldo and how McGregor got into his head and caused him to lose control and end a 10-year undefeated streak in less than a minute. Dude hasn't been the same ever since either.

I avoid fights at all costs because honestly, even if you win you are most likely still a loser. All the fights I have ever been in were self defense and I like to think that I controlled myself very well specifically because I controlled my anger.

Yes, when we get very angry, we lose control. And most of the time, we do something that we should not have done. It is always better to avoid the fight if that's possible. Thank you very much @sports.guy55 for sharing your experience and thought-provoking comment!
