holy crap that is a lot of injury. When I see this happen I really feel bad for the athlete in question. Even if by some miracle they can fix him, his head is going to be affected by the fear of re-injury, not to mention that if he gives it his all only to have it re-injured, dude could be looking at chronic pain for the rest of his life.
