My Actifit Report Card and Update (WWE & Book of Mormons): April 2 2025
Hi Everyone,
It’s been a long time since I posted an Actifit Report and Update. I have been quite active/busy since I last posted. Just over a week ago, I went to a WWE wrestling event. Yesterday, I went to the musical ‘The Book of Mormon’.
The wrestling event was good. I got super cheap front row seats for myself and my brother during the presale. We had a great view of the matches but not such a good view of the entrances. The ring announcer and the referee stood on the side we were on, and the kid next to me on my left held up a huge sign when the wrestlers reached our side of the ring.
Once the matches started, we could see the action pretty clearly. In some matches, the wrestlers came outside on our side of the ring. Gunther was slammed into the barricade in front of us.
I’ve always had a soft spot for US sports entertainment. See my posts on the NFL.
Here are some of the photographers I took from that night.
Here are some videos that I turned into GIFS.
Around a week later, we went to the theatre to watch the Book of Mormon. It was hilarious in places. It poked fun at the Mormon faith, but in a fairly harmless way. It showed they had good intentions but skew their teachings to meet their audience's needs. In this case, a tribe in Uganda.
The musical was created by the creators of South Park. The humour was quite consistent with the TV series. If you like the series, you'll probably enjoy the musical.
My Content
I’ve had a busy two weeks with my content. I posted the next Sapien Loop quiz. So far, the turnout has been quite impressive, and the quality of the answers has been good. We will have another winner who has answered all the questions correctly.
This month, I’ll be changing things around again. I want to include some questions relating to the short stories that I’ve been posting recently.
On the topic of short stories, I posted two short stories recently. One of them was ‘The Special Enforcer’. This story follows Eugene on his path to becoming the Head Enforcer of the Downs Region. It tells a story of determination and strength. It also demonstrates how capable Eugene really is, and he should not be underestimated in the upcoming concluding book to the series.
The second story, ‘The G.O.A.T.’. This story follows Lily’s journey from an infant to governor. Her journey is marred with tragedy. She lost her parents when she was two. She lost her sister when she was a young adult. She lost her adopted parents a decade later. The story highlights her determination to survive and eventually thrive.
Lily is one of the most controversial characters in Sapien Loop. She has done much good, but she has made alliances with some of the worst characters in the story. Where will she end up? Read Sapien Loop 3 to find out.
That wraps up this Actifit Report and Update. I’ll try to post a little sooner next time. I’ve been very busy and just been running with where the momentum leads me. My @spectrumecons has not been a priority. Once I’ve finished two more short stories, I will make a full comeback, and I will be spending most of the remaining year working on my economics content.

Glad to really read about your day and the truth is I really missed WWE
I'm lucky, they visit the UK quite a lot these days.
oh you saw them wrester live, you are lucky
Yeah, they come over at least twice a year these days.
oh not in my country.
That looks like really great seats! The pictures looked almost professional. I will have to check out some of your short stories.
Seats were pretty good. I used my iPhone to take the photographs. The photos are sharper than I would have got with my standalone camera.

I've never been to a WWE event before, but those are very exclusive pictures you took. I've never believed some of the pictures I've seen online because I thought they are fabricated and not real. So let me ask, do the fight look and seem real? Did they feel slam themselves on the ground and all that?
Plus, how much did you pay for the ticket?
@tipu curate
Most of the wrestlers were very good. All the slams appeared real. It is important to note that the ring mat is padded and the wrestlers know how to land so they suffer minimal pain or chance of significant injury.
Most of the hits did not appear to connect hard. You can see from the GIF that CM Punk's knee did not actually connect with Gunther's head. The slaps to the chest were real. I could hear the impact of Gunther slapping CM Punk. From where I was sitting, I could also see red marks and scratches on the wrestlers bodies.
You need to consider that many of these wrestlers wrestle several times a week. They don't have long rest periods like boxers or MMA fighters. This takes quite a toll on their bodies.
Thanks for these clarifications. These means the impact were real, but not so as bad as making them have severe or life-threatening injuries. I already knew the winners were already chosen before the matches begin, I just wanted to know how impact of the beating and slaps happens.
It looks like a place to be, and this must've been very good fun for you.
