My Actifit Report Card and Update: February 21 2023

Hi Everyone,

I'm back with another Actifit Report and Update. It has been a fairly typical week,.i haven't done anything out of the ordinary. I walked Mango the dog, did work around the house, got some groceries, and got some more muesli for Hamlet the Happy Pig and Lily Goat.

Hamlet's been digging holes in the garden and making quite a mess. The grass has mostly disappeared under the mud in her area. The hole digging doesn't help. I'll start replanting the grass in about a month when it is warm enough for it to grow.

My Content

I posted twice this week. In my first post, I discussed a scenario where a country could break away from Establishment control. I discussed how I believe it would be responded to by other countries still strongly under the grasp of Establishment control. I focused predominantly on how the US Establishment imposes itself on other countries. They have military bases and personnel around the world. They dominate global media, entertainment, and ideology. They can sanction and influence other countries to sanction countries and people they want to punish. They encourage and even participate in revolutions to overthrow other leaders who do not support their values or do not comply with their wishes. In the post, I also discussed how the EU has tried to punish the people of the UK for voting to leave the UK.

In the second post, I launched the second economics contest for 2023. The Auction Contest makes its return. It is a simple contest where participants are required to bid on auctioned items. The highest bid wins the item. Each item has a value. If a winning bid is less than the value, the participant obtains positive value from that item. For example, if the winning bid for an item valued at $80 is $70, the participant has obtained a gain in value of $10. The participant with the highest total value wins. This is not as easy as it sounds. The participants do not know the value of each item. Instead, they are given a range of values. The contest has had a good turnout. More than 12 have entered, which exceeds the number of entry upvotes given out. There are still a few days left to go before it closes.

In addition to my posts, I continued to make a few more PNG characters on my PS4. I added these characters to this week's post. Take a look through, they are not hard to spot (e.g. Joe Biden Rubber Duck character).
