How to improve flatground tricks! (You should try)
HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR FLATGROUND!
Whaaaaaat´s up buddiiiiiiees!!!!
Here we go, during quarantine 2020 because of COVID I had a lot of free time because Spain did an strict quarantine for everybody during 45 days... All of us were at home like in jail. Just go out to buy food or walk with your pet 5 mins.
So I couldn ´t go to work because my work was not essencial during that days so I stayed at home alone with my dog. At least I had the dog to go out 3 times a day and buy something in he market...
So during that days I was doing exercise at home everyday trynna eat healthy and many many hours in front of the computer! hehe!
I watched hundreds of skate videos and I found an interview from legendary Mike Mo Capaldi. This guy was talking about his injury in the ankle and about how he was
recovering tricks and stuff. I remember he said basically "I´m doing a lot of flatground at my own way like when I was a kid"
"When I was learning a trick I was landing that trick 100 times in the same sesh" "Then you get this trick forever"
After read this, I was waiting for days until we had a couple hours to do sport and come back home... So one of the first days I tried that technique
with my kickflip because was not so good or that´s what I thought in that moment and I could improve it. I went to the spot with the camera and filmed 101 tries!
MY EXPERIENCE
The experience was so good! With the tries and doing a lot of effort on every try you can see you are improving a little but when I filmed it and compare the first ones with the
last ones that was so crazy. It was so much better in 100 tries.
About to do the technique I recommend to choose a trick you want to improve and you think you can do 100 times... because it takes like 15 or 20 mins non stop trying if you land the mostof the tries first try.
Also look for a nice floor with space so you can take your way and not get stressed during the sesh.
I recommend to do that, writting this post I´m thinking about to improve another trick and use that technique!
In the video you can see some of the first , middle and ending kickflips!
Thanks to Mike Mo for the knowledge!

Dude, what the fuck with that spot?!? It's fucking HUGE and perfect ahahaha!
That spot is outside Madrid city centre but 30 mins away. Madrid has small towns around and many spots! This is like an anphitheater and the local guys made some ledges and flatbar some years ago, also you can grind concrete ledges of the anphi and the floor is perfect! Guys like P-Rod or Terry Kennedy has some lines over there from many years ago
very cool, great flips!
